Does not Include The Legend of Zelda game. Download code has already been redeemed and after factory reseting the device all software is deleted from device. There is nothing that could have been done to save the game. System has been lightly played with(mostly ACNL, never liked action games on 3ds) with 0 signs of wear tear or damage on outside back and front. Inside has 2 small scratches. Screens are scratch free. Comes with all original acessories and box. Includes special edition zelda triforce gold and black 3DS XL console, pack of 6 AR cards(unopened), manuals, stylus, 4GB SDHC memory card, original AC adapter and box all in near mint condition(console has 2 scratches on inside). I take care of my things and preserve them in case i have to sell them in the future so you wont be dissapointed in the quality of the product you recieve.
