Hi, is the phone factory unlocked already and ready to be used internationally ?
It's unlocked and was purchased from an international seller. Used for T-Mobile in U.S. never tried international hook up.

1. when you say you purchased it from
International seller, did you buy it new or used ?
2. Will the phone come with original charger and the otter box shown in picture ? Also how about headphones?
I'm pretty sure it was new. Nothing is wrong with it. if it was used it would show wear. Will come with charging cable (not the USB converter) along with the other box case. Also, there are no headphones included.
What is the battery health?
Health is excellent as far as I'm aware. When I did use it it lasted me all day, and even though Im not on my phone as often as any other person I was impressed.
