Could you post a picture of the battery cycle count? Thank you.
I added the battery cycle picture
Thank you for that. Given the battery needs service, I will offer $400 for it.
i can do $500
I would pay 500 if the battery didn't need service. Try following these directions and if you can make the service battery condition go back to normal then I'll pay 500. Otherwise I would have to pay $80 to get a new battery from iFixit and replace it myself.

I can give that a try. Would you do $475 though?
That may be possible, however, with the Service Battery condition, it is a long shot.
the service battery is a challenge especially as it is not user replaceable.
I ran some of the steps in the article you linked and it cleared the battery status. The status is now normal, check the updated screen shot. Per the article "Apple states that its new batteries are designed to support 1,000 full charge-discharge cycles, after which the battery should still have 80 percent or more of its original capacity." This macbook is till well below that.
Ah I spoke too soon. The service battery indicator came back on. Regardless it holds about 75% off a full charge right now.
Does it have a dedicated graphics card?
Hey John, if im not mistaken i believe all macs have integrated graphics cards and not dedicated graphics cards.
i can do 400 now
