Are you the original owner? How long has it been used? A6003 or A6000? Ever been submerged in water or dropped from a significant height?
I am the original owner, I bought it not too long after it released so it's been used for about a year. It's A6003, and it has never been submerged in water or dropped from a significant height. It's been dropped from my pocket height a couple of times but it was always in the Spigen case and I never observed any physical damage.

Can you download a OnePlus diagnostic to check the battery health?
How would I do that? I cannot find any battery tests in the diagnostic factorymode menu.
