Is there a return policy on this device? Is it unlocked to Jamaica?
The device should work fine world wide. We only ship in the USA however. And yes we have a 30 day return policy that allows you to return the device if there is some kind of issue with it that was not mentioned to you before purchase. It does not cover any damage or problems caused by the user and does not cover buyers remorse.

Oh and does the maximum capacity mean it can't charge after that or that that's the charge ill most likely be ordering it and seeing?
The device is still available. This is just the battery health. It will still charge to 100% but its just not going to last quite as long as it would if the battery health was at 100%.
