What is the battery health, please?
Excellent! There is nothing wrong with the phone. We changed carriers and got new phones.

What case did you remove that caused the damage at the top?
Hi Chin, it's not damage just a small scratch from pulling the snug case off. When we purchased the phone at Verizon we also purchased a whole body case and put it on at the store. It was not removed until we went to take pictures of the phone to sell it. To reiterate it is not damage, just a tiny scratch. Thank you
How bad are the scratches on the front?
Hi Chin, they are minor scratches you can barley see them.
Does it have AppleCare+ purchased for it?
