9. Transfer of Plan
You may make a one-time permanent transfer of all of your rights under the Plan to another party, provided that: (i) you transfer to the other party the original proof of purchase, the Plan Confirmation, the Plan’s printed materials and this service contract; (ii) you notify Apple of the transfer by sending notice of transfer to Apple Inc., and (iii) the other party accepts the terms of this service contract. When notifying Apple of the transfer, you must provide the Plan Agreement Number, the serial numbers of the Covered Equipment, and the name, address, telephone number and email address of the new owner.
No repairs done on laptop, I called apple support and they told me the following as long as the plan is current with no issue of purchase date the new owner will have no problem using the AppleCare plus service due to the fact the warranty (AppleCare+) falls on to the serial number of the MacBook and doesn’t follow the individual of point of sale. Please go ahead and call apple customer support if you need any reassurance

That is completely inaccurate given that Applecare + is a service agreement with an individual who can terminate the plan for partial refund, transfer it to a new device or, if it is on a monthly payment plan, can be cancelled (ineligible for transfer since it is monthly). It does link to the serial number but that is no guarantee.
Are u the original owner? I’ve had someone sell a product with AC+ and then cancel it 6 months later.
Swappa did nothing to protect me or punish the seller since he smartly waited so long to cancel. so I’ll if there’s a way to actually transfer AC+ Ownership I’m interested. (And if you’re not able to do that then can the price go down? It’s banged up pretty bad)

I am not the Original owner. I never registered it into my name so it can be Registered in your name when you buy it.

Most of your inventory is dented pretty bad and some say purchased in Beijing. So are there any support restrictions just in case these are damaged or not made for US distribution?
