It does come with charger. It does not come with head phones.
The picture showing the back, what's that at the bottom left side? Is that something on the case, or damage to the corner of the phone?
Looks like a bunch of scratches
It's surface scratches, I used the flash to highlight them. The phone actually got scratches from the case it was in.
