Tiik me a second but i believe the bubbling you see is a perfect reflection of the textured ceiling.
I can't really make out the damage on the bottom corner you have highlighted. Any chance for a better picture?
Hey guys, yes that bubble is not a bubble. It's just a reflection. I will take another picture to post here in a few minutes.
