Comes in the original manufacturer box from LG/Project Fi with all manuals. Including non-OEM USB-C Charger and the headphones that originally came in the box.

The page you provided doesn't seem to be working. I can confirm that Verizon service will work for you if you already have an activated Verizon SIM. You wouldn't be able to open a new line of service with the Project Fi version (which is unlocked for all carriers).
