Since this is a warranty replacement unit, do you know if this is a 'Brand new' unit or a 'Refurbished' one?
Also, does it include original invoice/receipt for future warranty purposes?

I was informed directly from Razer it was a new unit, not a refurbished one. And I verified with them that the warranty is based off my original purchase date. Yes, I can provide a copy the original receipt for warranty purposes.
