Hi. I see long noticeable scratch on screen. Can you remove screen protector?
The scracth is on the screen itself. As I said it is not really visible when screen is on. Screen protector helps reduce visibility but still there if you are lookng for it. It is NOT a crack, just a hairline scratch. If you look at photo with screen off you can see it on lower right side. Battery health is OK. Not as good as new phone but not bad. BATTERY HEALTH shows 86% in Settings. Yes phone is paid off. Not under contract and has clean IMEI.
Just posted two new photos with screen protector removed. I will either put a new one one or send a new one with phone. Like I said the scratch is visisble when off but hardly at all when phone is on.
