Hi there, what is the battery count and specs on this unit? Chip?
Serial # is C02PP3YVFVH5. 2.7ghz i5. Not sure the battery count but I was at the Apple store about a month ago buying a new MacBook and they said this one had no battery issues
Can you check battery cycles by doing this? Click the in top left corner of your Mac.
Select About This Mac, then System Report…
On the left sidebar, click Power.
You'll find your battery cycle count under Health Information:

That's the screen, it was never "damaged", just wear and tear from using it for a couple of years. Presumably from the keys touching the screen when closed as well. It's also exacerbated by taking a picture with flash- it's not really noticeable when using the laptop.
If you can, can you ask the Apple Store if the display is still eligible for the AR-coating replacement program?
