iPad Pro 10.5" 2nd generation, wifi, 64gb, space grey, with Apple Pencil, and two cases.
The first case is the Incipio Faraday Folio Case, the second is the Fintie 360 Degree Rotating Stand Case (Jungle Night) with a built-in pencil holder.
The iPad comes in the original box and includes all the original parts/accessories.
The Apple Pencil comes in the original box and includes all the original parts/accessories.
*Note: I have used up the maximum amount iCloud accounts for this iPad so you won't be able to sign up for a new account. [Apple limits all its iDevice products to a maximum number of free accounts–3 total iCloud accounts per iDevice.] The iCloud account I was using on this iPad Pro and will probably use when I buy the new iPad Pro is the 3rd one.

Hey autumn ... there is a renewed version on amazon for 400 dollars right now.. that is the reason i quoted the price... Please let me know and I will get the ipad right now... also please let me know if there is anything else i should know about the device..like any drops or dents.. thanks
What does your iCloud note mean? That doesn’t sound like something iCloud does. Is it iCloud locked?
It means that you can only a maximum of three iCloud accounts and I have used them up. I disabled find my phone before resetting the device.
I have no problem with the $400 price but since I'm also including the Apple Pencil I would like a bit more money. There aren't any drops or dents on it since I pretty much used it while lying/lounging in bed. If you would like to buy it I ask you to wait a day because I don't have access to a printer yet.

Hi Autumn, I'm interested in this listing. There shouldn't be a problem signing in with an existing iCloud account right? I don't care that the 3 accounts have been taken up but I don't want to have any issue logging in with it to enable Find My iPhone, etc.
From what I've read there is no problem signing into an existing account or creating an account on a different iDevice and signing in with that one. You just can't create a new one from my iPad Pro. I made sure to disable Find My Phone before I reset the tablet and I even went to iCloud.com yesterday and the iPad isn't listed.
