I'm including a really cool wrap decal* + microfiber cloth, free of charge (not yet applied to the phone). THE DEVICE WARRANTY IS VOID. THIS PHONE HAS BEEN OEM/BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED PREVIOUSLY.
I am not responsible for any issues regarding OEM/bootloader status. The XDA Developer Forums (https://forum.xda-developers.com) has information regarding the ecstasy and agony of the "RMM/KG State" and attempting to flash custom firmware to this device.

Is it rooted and TWRP installed ? What data will I get on AT&T? 4G? Does it have any scratches on the screen?
Does it have Chinese bloatware?
@Jairo21: It is not rooted and it does not have TWRP installed. It supports GSM networks, and AT&T uses GSM, so it should be compatible (please check AT&T's BYOD policy first, as I am unaware). It does not include bloatware from what I can tell (at least by comparison to other carrier-locked devices I have experienced, thanks Sprint). The stock apps are from Google and Samsung. I did not see anything out of the ordinary.

I'm aware this page shows the duos (2x SIM) model - their listing for the single SIM SM-G9600 is incomplete. Both phones have the same band compatibility as far as I know. I had excellent 4G LTE service and coverage with Simple Mobile (T-Mobile) with this phone.

Also on your description say regarding the ecstasy and agony of the "RMM/KG State" and attempting to flash custom firmware.so I can't flash any custom ROM intall TWRP and rooted ?
@Jairo21 It is possible, but doing it requires a lot of patience (including waiting 168 hours).

It means that Samsung won't accept it for repairs related to the software on the device, and that whether they accept it for hardware-related issues is contingent on whether the root cause of that issue is the software (this is not as common).
