Yes, the phone is still available. The scratches are so minor it is very hard to see them in pictures, and you can only see them when you move the phone back and forth in certain light. The phone had a glass screen protector on it for most of the time it was in use. See additional photos above, I tried but wasn't very successful in taking a picture of them due to the reflection of the lights/ceiling above.
