Hi Support, can you help me with this error during check out: Payment not submitted: Buy lock. The payment process didn't complete at the first attempt.
A buy lock is put in place by PayPal when a buyer is in the middle of paying for the device with PayPal.

Can you unlock it, or do I need to wait a certain amount of time before I can continue. Or how do I resolve this?
The lock is a timed one. If the previous buyer, even if the same buyer, doesn't go through with the purchase process, the lock kept for 15 mins after the time expires with PayPal.
