If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

This bothers me "Has a few fine scratches on screen which can only be seen with screen off at a certain angle" Can you show the fine scratches?

I am sorry you are bothered. The fine cratches I am unable to capture due to them being so small and fine. If not disclosed the hairline scratches would likely be not noticeable by most users. I read about an Amazon customer complaining that he purchased a similar phone but since it was an unlocked version, Verizon doesn’t allow all their services on unlocked versions, like visual voice mail, wi-if calling, HD calling, video calling, and that they delay updates. Do you know if that's a problem with this phone?

Called Verizon and they said (two reps, cust service and tech support) that unlocked versions, Verizon _does_ allow all their services on unlocked versions, like visual voice mail, wi-if calling, HD calling, video calling, and that they delay updates. The update to PI will be in software updates. FYI.

To clarify this is a Verizon model that happens to be unlocked. All Verizon LTE phones are unlocked per an FCC and Verizon agreement.
All functionality WiFi calling, visual voicemail etc are operational with this Verizon unit.

Thanks for your message .It is a Verizon model and WiFi calling will work on the Verizon network.

As for the pricing, the price was reduced to $565 without the glass protector for Krystle to purchase yesterday but she ran into payment problems. Another $25 reduction puts the phone below cost. $565 is a fair deal for a great condition phone with all accessories. With that being said, I can do $560 without the bonus screen protector or $565 with the screen protector tonight.
