Would you mind doing a battery health test and take a picture of the results? To do the test, press Ctrl+Alt+T on your keyboard to open a terminal window and type following 2 commands:
battery_firmware info
battery_test

Thanks for the quick response. At the end of the "battery_test" (after 5 minutes), it should say something like "Battery discharged 0.57% in 300 second(s)." Can you let me know what that said?
