Huawei Watch 2 Sport LTE version (Rooted)

Bought this watch from eBay so it is practically new. I thought I would be able to use prepaid Sims on it but I was not able to. I tried doing research on how to root it to try and set APN settings but I never figured out how to do that as well. The watch is in great condition ,almost like new and it was shipped with an off brand charger (still works though)

From what I read , this watch will not work with LTE in the USA but might work on 3g. It might work on with main carrier sim so at&t but I'm really not sure so please do research. Other than that, the watch will work with LTE great internationally in most cases

Can you unroot before selling? I do have AT&T and I'm interested in using the watch over 3G; however I'm slightly concerned about any flash settings that may have been altered.
