@hunter a. Hi this is the i5 /1.6GHz model no repairs ever. Laptop was used for papers for school by an adult.

Any Noticeable/Deep Scratches on it?
Hi Darrell S. it will work fine with those programs. You will need to purchase them separate as the computer is reset to new. I used both programs.
@Edgar V. the main scratches are where the power cord plugs in (see pictures) I kept it in a laptop TPU case from the day I got it. I can take more up close pictures if you'd like.
