Could I ask what the AppleCarePlus expiration date is, also, is it unlocked for use with any carrier? Would $490 be acceptable? Thx
Apple Care expires Feb 04th, 2021. And it is not locked to any carrier as far as I know because I bought this brand new on Ebay.
I can go 520 at lowest considering it's only two months old and it comes with a one week old Apple Care plan. And you're saving another $30-$50 on tax if you were to buy this brand new.

Want to confirm watch for sure has apple care plus that can be transferred. How come you’re selling it?
As far as I know based on Apple's website, Apple Care Plus can be transferred to the new owner. However, the coverage on the watch is attached to the device itself and not the owner so the transfer is not necessary if you need to use Apple Care Plus coverage to service the Watch.
I'm selling the watch because I bought it thinking I would use it a lot but I was wrong. Lol
Good stuff. Could you throw up a pic of the web page showing it has apple care. You can blur out serial number. First time using Swappa and am feeling it out.
