Is this an Microsoft refurb or a third-party refurb?
- If not Microsoft, could you please indicate what company refurbished it?
Could you please post the battery health of it?
- Click on Start menu. Type "CMD" Select Command Prompt. Type the command “powercfg /batteryreport” and hit Enter key. It will generate the battery life report and save to the current location you located with a file named “battery-report.html”.
Does the touchscreen have any issues? I have had multiple surface pro 3s that had issues with phantom touches on the screen.
I am ready to buy it from you if you can confirm that there is no issue with the screen and also if you can please upload a picture of the battery report.
