Shipping Policy:

- Free shipping is always included with our phone listings because we want you to have your new device in your hands as soon as possible, and we don't want you to spend a dime more than you have to!

- All packages ship within 2 business days via First Class Mail. We know you're as excited about your new device as a kid on Christmas morning, and we don't want to keep you waiting. Free shipping orders typically arrive within 3-7 days. Still, if you're like us, you'll check the tracking number every 5 minutes until it comes!

- We have expedited shipping options for those who just can't wait and need their device ASAP. Priority Mail shipping is available upon request and is like having a personal assistant ensure your package arrives faster than a speeding bullet. To request Priority Mail shipping, leave us a message on the sales page, and we'll send an invoice via PayPal to cover the additional shipping costs.

- Priority Mail packages ship within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2-3 days in most parts of the country. Priority Shipping is an additional $11.95, will be billed separately, and is non-refundable.

- If you're really in a hurry and want your device before anyone else, Express Shipping is our fastest option. Express Packages will ship the same or the next business day and typically arrive within 1-2 Business Days. This is most commonly referred to as our "Overnight" shipping option, and every attempt is made to deliver your item to you as quickly as possible. Express Shipping is an additional $30 and is non-refundable.

- Please be sure to verify the shipping addresses on PayPal and Swappa are up to date AND that you select the appropriate address on the order when checking out. Any orders requesting an address change after purchase will have to be refunded, minus 4%, to cover PayPal's non-refundable processing fees. Then complete payment will need to be re-issued using the correct address.

- Be sure to check your email for important updates after you've completed your purchase; we want to ensure you're in the loop at every step. Let us know if you have any questions regarding our shipping, warranty policy, or anything else; we are more than happy to help!

All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

Warranty and Return Policy:

- We offer a 90-day warranty on all of our listings. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we know even with thorough testing, sometimes things happen. For example, suppose an issue arises; we will repair or replace the device (at our discretion and subject to available stock). We want to get you back to taking awesome photos and sending funny memes as soon as possible.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase because we understand that sometimes humans change their minds (sorry, robots - no returns for you). Any returns not due to an error in listing or a mistake on our part will be subject to a 16% restocking fee. Ultimately, we have to pay the person who counts, tests, and relists all the returned phones, and he's not cheap.

- All refunds will have 4% deducted to cover non-refundable PayPal fees.

- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Any additional shipping paid for expedited shipping is, unfortunately, 100% non-refundable.

- Our warranty covers any issues with the device that are not due to physical or liquid damage. Although we understand accidents happen, we can't be held responsible. If physical damage occurs, repair options can be offered to you, as a loyal customer, at a discounted price. Still, these repairs will be the buyer's responsibility.

- For warranty claims or concerns, please get in touch with us directly. If, for any reason, we don't see a comment on the Sales Page after the sale has been completed, please feel free to contact us via phone. Repairs or work performed by any third party will not be covered and may void our warranty.

- If there are errors in the listing or mistakes on our part, the buyer will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided by us. As always, we want to ensure you're 100% happy with your purchase, and we will do whatever it takes to make things right!
