Sure - no problem. Battery stats posted, but I did not purchase Apple Care and the standard warranty has exceeded the year. I bought it on release day.

Sure - the cheapest I can go without the case is $1035. The $35 dollars is fees so I’d be getting less than a $1000 for it if I took less.
