Have not gone through the process of unlocking it from AT&T. But it is completely paid off so I only need to fill out the request form from AT&T to unlock it. Screen was replaced by a professional repair shop.

If unlocking the phone is a condition for buying it I can get it done. All I need to do is contact AT&T. So let me know if you are going to buy it and I will contact them and have it unlocked.
