Can we negotiate on price? 800? 1600 is way way too high for pro 4 (2 models back, 3 or 4 years out) ... take a look at pro 5s (2017) and 6s (latest)

Can definitely negotiate price. $800 is way way too low though. B&H sells the 256GB model used for $1180. Not saying that's the standard, but if you find a better deal on Swappa, I'd take it :)
