Pixel XL with Original Charger & Box - coming from a good home
The phone is in great physical and operational shape. It's been running Android 9 (Pie) like a dream.
It has always been in a case. The wear you see around the frame is just where the finish coating rubbed away while in the case...there are no dents or scratches on the body.
The screen is clean with only two very light marks you can barely feel with your fingernail. I only noticed them when making this listing. I have significantly accented and highlighted them in one of the photos.
There is light burn in at the bottom of the screen where the navigation buttons reside(see photo) (note: this is not unique to this phone...most Pixels have this). You can only see it on a white background when the nav buttons are not present. 99% of the time it is not visible.
Battery lasts all day for me. Screen-on time is approx 3.5-4 hours (but YMMV).
It will ship in the original box with the quick charger, cable and a TPU case.

Can you confirm it's a google edition and not an unlocked Carrier edition? Are you the original owner and did you purchase it straight from google?
Yes, it's the Google Edition. I used in on Google Fi.
Is the battery life good on it? Also is there any screen burn in?
The battery lasts all day for me, AccuBattery says that it has 73% of its original life which equates to ~3 hours 30 minute (YMMV).
There is slight burn in at the very bottom where the Android navigation buttons reside. Since most apps have those buttons present, it's not noticeable at all. You can only really see it on a white background. I just added a picture of it to this listing. I literally had to take a picture of a piece of printer paper and make it full screen in order to make the burn in visible.
...sorry, ~3 hours and 30 minutes of SCREEN ON TIME.
