If you run AccuBattery what does the battery health tab say?

It's gone up to 72% now, is that normal?
You have to run it through a couple of charging cycles.
Oh I see, yeah it is now up to 82%.
Does it come with the Charger and cord?

I don't have the charger and cord, The screen and visor are in excellent shape, this charge cycle topped out at 85%.

The chart in the screen shows what percentage battery health there was on the previous charge cycle, which topped out at 85%
So what does it say for Battery health and Estimated capacity?
You will have to charge and discharge it a couple of times.
