Hi. It is just the phone, and does not include any accessories. It will be shipped in a new iPhone box so that it arrives safe. My family and I all got new phones, so I had 3 I listed on Swappa, and 2 sold within a couple of hours, and this is the 3rd one, so I think the pricing is good. I won't lower the price because the others sold so fast. This is in perfect condition. I was going to put 'Mint' condition, but didn't want to overpromise because it is used. It was always in a case and well protected, never damaged. This is a great perfectly working iPhone. If you do buy it we will mail it USPS insured with tracking, and can mail it within 24 hours.
