I bought this brand new one year ago when I sent my othe iPhone away for the infamous apple battery replacement program. Used for about a month and has sat unused. Includes original box and phone only. No cable or charger. In terrific shape, two all spots by the the headphone jack.

What is the battery health? Charger? Case?
100%. No charger or cable. Like I said, I used it for about a month. I also added a photo of the battery health. I will include my credit card case and the remaining two tempered glass screen protectors
