There is no battery health displayed on iPads that information is only displayed on certain iPhones. I do not have the original paperwork, but the warranty is valid until December 2019. It currently only shows battery percentage.

Jeff, what is the Maximum Percentage shown upon charging complete?

It powered up to 100%. / AFAIK cycles only show on Macs. Since the unit was wiped, there's no data/logs/etc.
