Rex, good question. These are NEW, not just sealed and unused. Apple produced these up until a couple months ago, so they are still hot off the press. If you were buying an older model, such an iPhone 5s (like I do because I collect sealed Apple gear) its battery would likely have degraded over the years. This is only month old.
Can you guarantee Apple warranty? Does it cover accidental brakes up to times or damage up to two repairs

Yes, I can guarantee the Apple warranty. It is NOT AppleCare + so there is no accidental coverage. AppleCare + is an extra fee. This has the standard one year Apple warranty b

It comes with the one year warranty, but Apple always allows you to add Apple Care+ after activation. I think they give you like 60 days. I uploaded a couple more pictures of the case. Thanks!
