Rare! Rootable Fire HD 10 (auto-update disabled) Excellent condition.
This is an excellent condition blue HD10. Auto-update was disabled from the beginning, making this device completely rootable. (Later OS updates, after 5.6.0.0, either disabled the possibility or made it extremely difficult.) You can use this as a normal Android tablet with custom launchers, Google Play Store, and much more.
When you buy, specify whether you want me to completely factory reset it (you will have to root it yourself) or have me just remove my account and files and leave it still in its current rooted state with Google services ready to login and use.
Excellent condition. Very light marks on the plastic casing. Prestine screen.

Can it still receive android updates without reverting back to fireOS?
It's still on FireOS, just rooted. If you update the FireOS you'll break the root and lose ability to use custom launchers etc.
Is the blue casing removable?
No. DIY removal shouldn't be too difficult according to ifixit, but it's the original casing.
