Damage Description
The laptop has been labeled in great used condition and works perfectly (see pictures). The screen great shape with no imperfections (see pictures). The device casing is also in good used condition with minor blemishes & signs of use (see pictures).
At this time, we do not accept returns unless the product is not as described. In the event that a buyer claims the device is not as described, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be provided at no cost to the buyer. The buyer must contact us within 14 days from order delivery via Swappa to start the process. Once the device is received, it may take up to 3 business days to process the return. If the device does not have any issues upon inspection of the returned merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the amount the device was originally sold for. Questions? It is running Apple's, OS X Sierra. The system password is currently set to 2018. The battery holds a good charge and has approximately 315 cycles on it (see pictures).
The laptop has been labeled in great used condition and works perfectly (see pictures). The screen great shape with no imperfections (see pictures). The device casing is also in good used condition with minor blemishes & signs of use (see pictures).
100% Functional device. All features including the buttons, screen, & system have been tested working. All Buy Back Pros devices go through an industry leading 108 point inspection.
The laptop includes its built-in battery and 61W USB C charger (see pictures). The order will ship Priority via USPS.

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent Paypal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
