It's listed at $650 for now, if the price drops then I will be ready to take a lower price.

It's listed as fair because that is what I would say fits the description. It's been my daily for the last couple years so there is wear and tear on it. There is no damage of any significance, as you can see in the pictures. Everything is working as expected.

I have not has any issues with the keyboard on this laptop.
