My carrier uses AT&T but phone must be unlocked. What assurance can you offer the phone is in good standing, paid off, not stolen or lost, not active, etc. Thanks

I have unlocked a phone before with AT&T, they were good about it but the phone has to meet their criteria as listed on their unlock page.
