Perfect oatmeal cookie recipe pls

Hey Dan!

Coming right up:

1 cup flour.
3/4 tsp. baking powder.
Dash of Salt.
1 tsp. cinnamon.
3/4 cup oil.
1 1/3 cups sugar.
2 eggs.
1 tsp. vanilla sugar.
2 cups oatmeal.
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional. I hate raisins personally ;)).
After kneading all ingredients until smooth, form 1" balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
