There are none once so ever with the scree, display, keyboard and the mousepad. Everything works great. The only thing that has a problem is the case which has a crack. My wife couldn’t get it off very easy and cracked it trying to pop it off. But appearance is 10/10

Not sure whats wrong with the listing activation, but comments have been posted duplicate times. Hopefully the listing is back up, so the buyer can buy the laptop thanks.

Hello. I am interested in purchasing the item. You said above the case "has a crack." I am a little confused. Are you talking about the protective case? Also above, you list the manuals and retail packaging as optional. Do you have the original manuals and box?
Yes there’s a pink protective case that comes with it, and the corner is cracked. And it comes with the charger, protective case, laptop, and a sleeve for added protection. NO box is included sorry. And thanks for your interest.
