The laptop is fully tested, 100% operational, and in good pre-owned condition overall. The 15.6-inch screen is clean, bright, and completely free of any scratches, scuffs, or dead pixels. The interior keyboard deck and palm rest are in great shape. On the exterior metal casing, there is one small, notable cosmetic dent on one of the corners and a few light surface scratches from normal use. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the hinges, screen closure, or performance of the laptop in any way. No cracks or loose parts.
