Hi, I received an email about your issue and I'm very disheartened to hear that it's giving you trouble. Unfortunately, I can't accept a return with a full refund because that phone was brand new at time of sale and now it's not. The phone has a manufacturers? warranty through Samsung. Also, you can purchase Samsung premium care and they'll take care of you.
