Why is it when I input the ZYU410 number given for this phone into this websites esn number check system it keeps coming back as invalid??? I tried it several times so I know I put it in correctly.

Because our ESN checker only checks ESN numbers, it can't pull up listings ESN checks by using the listing code.

Let me ask you this - looking at the phone close up are there any visible imperfections anywhere on it? I only ask this because it's not possible for me to see everything from just looking at the pictures and you being able to look at it close up and an you being an experienced seller would know.

I have re inspected the phone and it's about as mint as u can get. There are no scratches on screen and the outside body has no marks or dents. As u can see in my pics I like to take pics of sizes and screen so people know I'm not lying. When I ship I always bubble wrap even if it in a box just to make sure
