The day you insert a sim card into the device and activate it the 1 year apple warranty will start at that time. It will ship priority signature confirmation thank you for looking. Also the phone currently comes with a international apple charger that doesn't fit in american sockets, because of this i am including a Original American apple charging cube that will be outside of the box so you can use it here in the USA. Please look at my pictures to see the contents of the box i opened one of them to make sure all the information i am providing is correct and i stand by what i sell :). This one is sealed the open one is for reference.

https://swappa.com/listing/TLQ553/view is the listing that had the open box one. This one is not opened or activated and I cant take 240. I would do $255 for the other one if your interested. It still has all the plastics just open box.
