Has there ever been anything replaced, like the screen? If not, would you take $225 including the fee?

1. The screen has not been replaced.

how long have you been using the phone? Has it always had the screen installed? Are there any scratched or anything on the screen or phone in general?
My wife had been using the device for the last year or so. It has always been in a case and has always had a screen protector. There are no significant blemishes anywhere on the phone.
The battery is most certainly intact. You should be able to see the phone powered on in the first picture. My wife was using the phone without problems until recently. The only reason she switched (to the 128GB iPhone 7) was because she takes a lot of pictures and she kept running out of storage.
