Yes but sometimes the USPS website doesn't update the info immediately

The tracking is invalid number they said at usps the way that the number start and end have the characteristics of it being certified mail and if it were certified mail they would have generated the number so they would have had it in their system they're saying that that number is never been generated certified mail can only be done at the post office if you can not provide me with a valid tracking number I'd like a refund
