Since it's new, does it come with full one year Apple warranty? Why do you not sell it in the original box?

I have T-Mobile as a carrier with a tablet SIM. This should work for sure on T-Mobile? and any GSM and CDMA Carrier? Just wanted to verify to be extra sure. Also i know you mentioned these are brand new but 3rd party box. Is is an original apple box packaging? Last but not least...this is a North America Variant Tablet? Thanks in advance!

What would it matter if it's NA or imported? Do iPads come with different wireless bands depending on region? I thought they were all the same.
It varies with each manufacturer with International and North America versions. I have T-Mobile, band 12 is critical for purchasing. But if confirmed it's the same bands for both Import and NA then it's easier decision to purchase
