Long story short, got an extra one to sell. It is a new certified refurbished device that I bought directly from the Microsoft Store - opened the box and the plastic wrap surrounding the laptop to inspect the computer for any visual damages, but never turned the computer on. Plastic wrap was immediately put back on.

Includes everything a certified refurbished device would come with, including the box, Surface pen, and charger. Warranty is in effect until July 2018.
