LGD820 White 16GB Nexus 5
Includes Nexus 5 16GB white, charger w/usb cable and booklets/paperwork. Does not include the SIM card tool so you might need to use another phone's tool or a paper clip to install the SIM card. Some very light scratches on the screen and back. Tiny crack on the side of the phone. Its actually in pretty good condition but I marked as fair, probably should mark good.

I can't show you the screen scratches they are not noticeable even in person. You have to look at it in a certain light to see them. I'll try to get pictures of the tiny crack on the side when I have time.
