Hi I just want to ask a quick question--any problems on this iPad with lag? I'm a musician and I want to buy this for music reading so I need an iPad that doesn't lag so when I turn pages it is on time!! Thanks :) looking forward to hear back!
Amelia, I've never noticed ANY lag at all when using this iPad, and used it daily for podcast production, web browsing, and video playback.
Hi Stuart!! Thanks so much for responding so quickly! If I get the iPad and it is lagging when I unbox it can you guarantee that you'd take a refund? I'm sure there is no problem but I just want to be safe :)
I'm sorry, but since that can be such a subjective thing, I can't give a blanket response right now as to whether I'd process a refund. The iPad is currently fully functional with zero performance issues, and that's the condition it will be in when shipped. If you were to buy it and encounter an issue immediately after unboxing, we can discuss how to resolve that.
One more question--what is the period of time that I can contact you for return should a problem arise?
3 days should be sufficient to determine if the iPad has arrived not as described.
