Hi there, can you answer some questions, please?

(1) Are you the original owner of this Nexus 6P?

(2) What was the original purchase date?

(3) Where was this phone purchased? (Amazon, Google Play Store, Best Buy, Huawei website, etc)

(4) Is this the originally purchased phone, or is it a replacement?

(5) Do you have the original receipt of purchase, and will you include it with this phone if I purchase it? (I might need it if I ever have to use the warranty.)

(6) If I ever do need to use the warranty, would you be willing to call, email, text, or video chat with me? The reason I'm asking is that I don't know if Google requires the original buyer to make the warranty request or not.

you mentioned this has a new screen and housing does that mean the device is refurbished? and if so by you or google?
